John G. Symeonides, MD, CMD, FAAFP, FASAM
Dr. Symeonides practices medicine in Flagler. Volusia, and St. Johns
counties since 2001. He is a Certified Medical Director, a Diplomate
of the American Board of Family Medicine, and a Fellow of the American
Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Symeonides received the American
Geriatrics Society Physician Recognition Award.
His other board certifications include Hospice and Palliative
Medicine, Sleep Medicine, Nutrition, and Addiction Medicine. Dr.
Symeonides attended medical school at the University of Athens and
completed his family practice residency training at a Michigan State
University affiliated program. He is Assistant Clinical Professor at
the University of Central Florida Medical School and serves as
a preceptor for medical/nursing student interns. Dr. Symeonides is the
President-elect of the Florida Society of Addiction Medicine

Dr. Simon Symeonides, MD is a critical care medicine specialist in Titusville, FL and has been practicing for 24 years. He graduated from Aleppo Medical School in 1987. And received Fellowships at Rush University Medical Center, the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin, as well as the St Louis University School of Medicine. She graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. While working as a nurse, she went to George Washington University and graduated with a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner. She has worked in Family Health, Nephrology, and as a Nurse Educator. Georgianne is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
